Documents are drafted, reviewed, and refined inside a Team space — a closed environment for the team, committee, or project doing the work. When a document is ready, one click publishes it from the team space into the Documents library, where every hub member can read it.
A public documents site, free with every hub
Editors can mark any document as Public. Public documents automatically appear on a separate public documents website at your organisation’s own URL — readable by anyone, no login required. The entrance to this site sits alongside the one for the public newsletter, which also ships free with every hub. This is the place for documents that have to stay publicly available and up to date: annual reports, statutes, complaint procedures, anything your country’s transparency rules require. One toggle from the working copy to the public face of the organisation.
