Each team space automatically gets its own chat thread, and that thread shows up in Messages alongside your personal ones. Answer a team space question from the same inbox where you reply to a direct message — and the conversation stays scoped to the team space’s members, with nobody outside it able to see what’s said.
Bring your WhatsApp groups along
Already run part of your community on WhatsApp? Connect existing WhatsApp group chats and they show up in Messages right next to your Kikaron threads. Keep talking to the groups people already use — without juggling two apps — and have every conversation conveniently in one place.
Send a message with a document attached
Message any hub member directly and attach a file straight from the Documents library — a form, a member handbook, the latest minutes — without downloading it first or hunting for it on your device. The document goes out with your message in a couple of clicks.
Mentions, reactions, and threaded replies
@-mentions notify the right person directly. Emoji reactions make a quick acknowledgement without a full reply. And when a side-conversation needs its own track, reply in a thread to keep the main channel readable.

Search the top of the app for any word, sender, date, or team space — across personal chats, group chats, and team space threads at once. Find a file or a decision from weeks ago without scrolling.

Like every other Kikaron app, Messages runs on European servers in Germany and is governed by EU privacy law. Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. No third-party trackers, no ad targeting, no message scanning — just your community’s conversations, stored on the platform you control.
