A visual memory of the organisation
The Photos app is where your community’s pictures live. The bakery opening, the summer camp, last year’s anniversary dinner, the building works at the new wing — each becomes an album that members can revisit long after the day itself has passed. Over time the library turns into a visual record of who you are and what you’ve done together.
Collections worth sharing around
Not every collection has to be an event. A gallery of the volunteers who keep things running, portraits of the board, a tour of the premises, the artwork on the walls, photos from a partner organisation you work closely with — any set of pictures that the community might want to look through can become its own collection. Some are for the whole hub, some for a single committee or team space, some for a small group still gathering and captioning before they share more widely.
At home throughout Kikaron
Because every Kikaron app is built on the same foundation, the Photos library isn’t an island. The picture from last week’s gala can illustrate a Newsletter article the next morning. A Team space document about the new building reaches into the same library for floor plans and site photos. Editors pick from collections the organisation already curates instead of hunting through email attachments and personal drives — and a single, well-captioned photo serves wherever it’s needed across the platform.
